DESCRIPTION

This regulation has been updated. Changes have been incorporated in the regulation to:

• Remove redundant language in 109-2-5 (q) that is already in 109-2-2 (i).
• Add language to subsection (q) that requires services to maintain a duty roster that was inadvertently omitted in the last revisions
• Add language to subsection (u) that requires annual protocol approval that was inadvertently omitted in the last revisions
